You may cancel future renewals through the patient portal or by emailing support@synnow.com. Cancellation takes effect for the next order that has not begun processing. Submit the request before the processing date shown in your account. Canceling a plan does not automatically cancel a clinical review, prescription, or pharmacy order already in process.
A consultation or provider-review fee is refundable if you cancel before a licensed Provider begins reviewing your intake. Once clinical review has started, the fee generally is non-refundable because the professional service has been performed, even if the Provider determines that treatment is not appropriate or does not issue a prescription. If a fee is expressly described at checkout as refundable under different conditions, the checkout terms control.
Medication orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy or the pharmacy has begun processing the order. Prescription products cannot be returned or restocked. See the Medication Return Policy.
Contact us promptly if a shipment is damaged, incorrect, or missing. Keep the packaging and do not use medication that appears damaged, altered, mislabeled, or intended for another person. We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. We may request photographs or other information needed to investigate.
Report a suspected billing error or duplicate charge within 30 days so it can be investigated. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Email support@synnow.com with your name, order number, the charge or shipment at issue, and a short explanation. Do not include detailed medical information in standard email; use the patient portal for clinical questions.
This policy does not limit any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law.
